These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuoteRig (the "Service"), operated by Liam Dixon of Easton, Pennsylvania ("QuoteRig", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QuoteRig helps contractors create, send, and track good / better / best quotes for their customers, including AI-assisted drafting, shareable quote links, and e-signature acceptance.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
New accounts get a free 14-day trial of QuoteRig Pro. No card is required to start. When the trial ends, creating new quotes and AI drafting are paused until you subscribe. Quotes you already created and the customer links you already sent keep working.
AI-drafted quotes, line items, prices, and descriptions are suggestions only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular job. You must review and edit every quote before sending it. You are solely responsible for your pricing, scope of work, compliance with codes, licensing and law, and the accuracy of everything you send to your customers. QuoteRig is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service, including your business details, price list, and customer and quote information. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the right to share your customers' information with us for this purpose.
You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive; send spam or unwanted messages through the Service; upload malicious code or try to break, probe, or overload the Service; access other users' data; resell or copy the Service without our permission; or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, fail to pay, or if needed to protect the Service or others. On termination your right to use the Service ends. You can ask us to export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any quote will be accurate or accepted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteRig and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, jobs, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold QuoteRig harmless from claims arising from your quotes, your work for your customers, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
